1. Services

Nuance Technology Services provides:

• Web design & development
• Mobile app development
• SEO & digital marketing

Note: Project details (timelines, costs) will be confirmed in a separate agreement.

2. Payments & Refunds

• 50% deposit required to start projects.
• Balance due upon completion.
• No refunds once work has begun unless otherwise agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

• You own your brand assets (logos, content).
• We retain rights to our code/templates until full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third parties (e.g., hosting providers).
• Losses due to factors outside our control.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE laws. Disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
